Engineer Philippe Dupont, general director
Truly enjoys his work when he sees that his employees develop themselves further and, this way, also enable the group’s growth. After eight years of experience in surface coating techniques in a factory for lighting fixtures he joint the company in 1998 as director of NedCoat Ninove. Since 2002 he is the CEO of the whole NedCoat Group. He aims to build a powerful surface coating group distinguishing itself through innovation, creativity and solidity. After a period of restructuring and consolidation he is now leading NedCoat into a phase of expansion and growth.
Rick van Hezel, financial director
Thinks along the lines of risk spreading and increasing our market shares. Since 2002, he is the financial boss within the NedCoat Group. He was twenty when he chose to work whole days and to study in the evening hours. He completed his MBA and SPD courses in this way and at the same time gathered experience as administrative employee, controller and head of administration. He feels at home in the open no-nonsense culture within NedCoat. Thanks to his versatile talents and his ability to work autonomously he can live up to his unbridled ambitions.
