The anodising and hard anodising of aluminium parts used in mechanical engineering prevent wear in moving parts such as pistons, cylinders, gear wheels, shock absorbers and pulleys. Hard anodising combined with Nituff® reduces frictional resistance, improves the non-stick and sliding features as well as the resistance to wear and corrosion. Beside its strong functional qualities, aesthetic applications, such as colour anodising or digital printing with Anografic®, are also possible.
