Doubled sustainability with duplex
The cast-iron duplex system is a combination of hot-dip galvanising and powder coating or wet painting. It offers the most sustainable protection against corrosion and excellent resistance to extreme weather conditions. The synergetic effect of a galvanised surface and a proper powder coating or wet painting system results in exceptional life spans, longer than the sum of the duration of both protection systems separately. In accordance with NEN-standard 5254 NedCoat ensures the uniform quality of its duplex systems.

Visibly tighter with Opti-Coat®
Opti-Coat® offers a tight and smooth top layer. Opti-Coat® is a new form of duplex developed by NedCoat to optimise the look of the zinc combined with a coat layer. Opti-Coat® is therefore perfectly suited for aesthetic applications such as balcony and staircase railings, gallery railings, handrails, expanded metal, light constructions, decorative fences, decorative columns and wall decorations. And also applicable to products that, until recently, were difficult to galvanise, such as fine-meshed perforated sheets.
